The food is very good. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the wait staff, excellent. We were there at 5 PM on a Sunday and there were 5 large groups of people 6+ persons in each group,and many more patrons. The wait staff was really hustling to get the orders taken and the food delivered. It did take a bit longer, but they brought out additional chips and salsa to keep us occupied. I had Yeya's Special with corn tortilla and it was terrific. My wife had the Angel burrito and she said it was her new favorite.

Came here for lunch because the Chinese restaurant next door was closed on Wednesday. The service was quick and attentive, with timely drink refills. I'm from Texas and in my opinion, the quality of the food was average at best. I would suggest to make your salsa from scratch as what I was served felt like it came out of a jar. The fried chicken burrito was satisfactory, but the beans and rice need help.

11/06/23 Food came out fast. White rice was nice and different. I enjoyed that . It was pretty quiet around 1pm I got the Two tacos shredded beef

Just had take out as due to current regulations to indoor dining. Once I arrived my phone order was ready (quick service). Very nice workers. We ordered a big a** burrito ; def worth the money. Also had a Mexican pizza(Nice and crunch fried tortilla). Loved the fresh chips and salsa. The horchata was also good. Flan was so so. Strawberry margarita was delicious.

Been in Oregon for 22 years, travelled to many cities and towns trying different Mexican restaurants. So far Mexico is by far my favorite. Takes me back to my California roots. Excellent service and great food.

This was an interesting experience. Location was nice, service was great. It was sweet to hear staff singing and humming as they served us. Nice clean, bright restaurant. The bummer was the food was nothing special. Instead of dinner, it would be better to have drinks and appetizers. If the food was improved the experience could be fantastic.
